Terms & Conditions

Dear Customers,

Thank you for choosing Rajasthan Holiday Tour and Travels for your transportation needs. Before availing our car rental, cab, tempo traveller or outstation tour services, we request you to review the following terms and conditions carefully.

General Terms

  • The minimum daily charge is based on 250 kilometres per day.

  • Toll tax, parking fees, state entry charges, and other government levies will be borne by the customer.

  • In case the customer exceeds the included distance or time limit, additional charges will apply as per company policy.

  • Vehicles are provided with licensed drivers and are permitted for commercial use under Rajasthan transport regulations.

Responsibility and Conduct

  • Rajasthan Holiday Tour and Travels does not allow flammable items, illegal substances, or heavy luggage that may damage the vehicle.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be charged at actuals.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or breakdowns beyond our control.

  • Customers are advised to take care of their belongings. The company is not liable for lost or misplaced items.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to the trip: 10% charge

  • 30 to 15 days prior: 25% charge

  • 14 to 7 days prior: 50% charge

  • Less than 7 days: No refund of advance

  • If the cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances, the management may consider partial refunds at its discretion.

Vehicle Assignment & Replacement

  • If a booked vehicle is unavailable due to technical reasons, we will provide a similar or upgraded vehicle without additional cost.

  • Rajasthan Holiday Tour and Travels reserves the right to change or reassign the vehicle based on availability and route suitability.

Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or roadblocks.

  • The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or death caused during travel, though we ensure vehicles are maintained and insured.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Customer details including phone, ID, and payment information are kept confidential and used solely for booking and verification purposes.

  • We do not share data with third parties without prior consent, unless legally required.
